A GTA 6 fan decided to start transforming their PS5 from the outside. Reddit user u/Ok_Pause_436 shared a console cover hand-painted with Lucia, surrounded by palm trees and Vice City colours.
According to the creator, the piece took most of the previous day. It began as a test of whether they could paint the covers and ended with a result that surprised them.
Lucia fills most of the cover
The painting features the character in a light tank top, with tied-back hair and hoop earrings. Black outlines separate the colours and give the portrait a look reminiscent of GTA promotional illustrations.
Behind her, pink surrounds a yellow sun and purple buildings. Palm trees fill the left side, while a bridge and water complete the lower landscape. The GTA VI logo sits near the bottom.
The PlayStation symbol remains visible near the top, integrated into the design. The photograph shows the panel resting on a surface, with the artwork following its shape.
Jason is next in the plans
In the post, the creator said they intended to paint Jason on the other cover. They also shared progress pictures showing how the Lucia piece came together.
Comments included suggestions about lettering alignment and outline thickness. The artist replied that they would try to adjust the lettering and had a clear coat on the way.
The project turns a removable part of the console into a personal tribute. For this fan, the journey to Vice City has already begun with paint and a brush.
