While fans clear drive space for GTA 6, streamer Kai Cenat is revisiting the games that paved the road to Leonida. According to The Express Tribune, he announced a marathon of GTA 3, Vice City, San Andreas, GTA 4 and GTA 5, starting November 5 at 3 p.m. Eastern, or 5 p.m. in Brasília.
From Liberty City to Los Santos
The broadcasts were announced for Twitch and YouTube. The plan is to play through the five games before GTA 6 arrives on November 19, allowing two weeks to travel through Liberty City, Vice City, San Andreas and Los Santos.
The lineup spans different eras, from the series’ early 3D steps in Liberty City to Los Santos. Part of the appeal is watching Kai encounter missions, characters and mishaps that longtime players know by heart.
Vice City has a personal connection
Vice City has a childhood connection for Kai. He recalled his stepfather introducing him to the game while he lived in Brooklyn. One memory that stayed with him was riding a motorcycle with Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean on the radio.
San Andreas left some unfinished business. The streamer admitted exploring its map without finishing the campaign. The marathon offers a chance to return to that story and share memories of the earlier games with viewers.
