Visitors arriving in Miami may meet Vice City before opening the game. According to Miami-Dade's official October 28 statement, the county announced a US$3.9 million advertising package tied to GTA 6.

Of that total, $975,000 relates to the Kaseya Center sign agreement. That amount is already included in the announced $3.9 million.

The campaign includes themed lighting at the airport and PortMiami, advertising on walkways and artwork on selected transport structures. Rockstar covers the installation, maintenance and removal costs specified in the agreement.

The county identifies a use for part of the money

The $975,000 from the sign agreement was allocated to developing Dan Paul Plaza, the public park behind the arena. The wider package combines a Rockstar agreement with advertising-space purchases managed by airport and transport media companies.

Installations need county approval and must follow its advertising rules. The campaign reaches places used by residents and visitors, including the airport, port and public transport.
